Stanhope House & further London developments
In 2003 HAB Group purchased Stanhope House, a Grade II listed building on Park Lane in the center of London, next door to the famous Dorchester Hotel. The Group then undertook a GBP2.5m refurbishment, such that the four storey commercial office development is now fully let at competitive West End rates.
