The 'new heart of Provo'
The Regent Village commercial development was opened for business during summer 2007, providing the first truly integrated condo-living and retail environment in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The 45,000sqft development consists of both office and retail space, and is followed by a second phase development of a further 63,500sqft expected to complete in 2009.
Located in the area adjacent to HAB Group’s beachfront condominium developments, the commercial centre has already attracted high profile retail and business owners into the development, with further demand already allocated to Phase 2. Once this and the remaining beachfront condo project is completed it will provide some 100,000sqft of retail, restaurant and commercial complex, serving the tourist and condo-living area at the centre of Grace Bay, including 160 units from HAB Group’s own developments. This is the ‘new heart of Provo’.
